From the transformation of compost into fertile soil, the exploration from seed to sprout, and the ripening of flowers into fruit, every season of nature teaches us about the cycles within our own lives.
Nature is our first and final teacher, guiding us through this continuous cycle of birth, death, and rebirth.
Together, we consider:
Compost: What are we carrying that we can compost to create space for what’s emerging?
Soil: When we embrace the fertile darkness and the spacious void, what’s here?
Seed: What is it like to vocalize the seeds of our intentions?
Sprout: How do we sprout into expression with discovery, curiosity, and experimentation?
Flower: What conditions support us to blossom, witnessing and being witnessed by ourselves and others?
Fruit: What is possible when we share our harvest, experiencing the orchestra of gifts we offer the whole?

Pei-Ling Lee is a holistic coach, somatic practitioner, and singer-songwriter who guides us through the seasons of life with compassionate self-awareness and embodied resilience. Pei-Ling is rooted in a deep lineage of integrative modalities and intuitive arts — from yoga and energy healing to vocal technique and IFS parts work.
